Often we as Mothers hold onto ancestral patterns and traumas from the past that are stored in our energetic bodies, minds and souls. I then send the reiki energy via distance healing on a live Zoom session (45 minutes.) We dive further into any specific chakras or energy centers that are calling for attention. 

Followed by a 15-minute intuitive insights reading to dive even deeper into your soulful energy, drawing out themes from the reiki session and providing further intuitive insights to you for your next steps on your journey. The entire session is conducted within your personal Akashic Records so you can draw upon the universal knowledge and support that exists for your unique soul journey.
